Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Schedule

We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off or on a holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days for Bangkok and the surrounding metropolitan area, and 2–5 business days for other provinces. Times depend on the courier and are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Couriers

We ship within Thailand via Kerry Express and J&T Express. A tracking number is provided once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Prices are in Thai Baht (฿).
