Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Condition
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover the cost.
4. How to Request
Email janua.thailand1@gmail.com with your order number and reason before returning any item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
